The Privacy Policy is still being written and reviewed. It is not a substitute for the published version, and it should not be relied on. If you need the terms that currently apply, please contact us before recording a meeting.
Spreix records meetings you send it to, transcribes the audio, and derives structured output from it: speaker-attributed transcripts, summaries, action items, entities, insights and highlights. That output is derived personal data about the people in the meeting, including people who have no account with us.
Audio and video are stored in object storage. Transcripts and analysis are stored in our database. Content you explicitly push is sent to a connected integration of your choosing (Slack, Notion, Linear and similar), which then becomes subject to that provider's own policy. Meeting analysis is performed using third-party model providers under data-processing terms.
Deleting a meeting removes it from search and playback. The policy being written will also cover account deletion, data export, and the retention period for recordings and derived data — none of which is settled yet.
