Terms of Service

What this product does

Spreix joins meetings on your behalf, records them, transcribes the audio and produces analysis — summaries, action items, insights and speaker attribution. It processes conversations you are not necessarily a party to, which is why the terms covering consent, retention and deletion matter here more than they would for an ordinary SaaS product. Those terms are part of the document still being written.

What you are responsible for

  • Complying with the laws that apply where your meetings take place.
  • Telling the other participants that the meeting is being recorded and analysed, and obtaining agreement where your jurisdiction or your organisation requires it.
  • Keeping access to your account and connected integrations restricted to people who should have it — a connected Slack or Google Workspace account can grant broad access.
