Every meeting, on the record.

Spreix sends a notetaker into your Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls. When the call ends you have a transcript with speakers named from the calendar invite, and the parts that matter written down: what was decided, who owns what, by when, and what could go wrong.

Free for 3 meetings a month. No card needed.

It joins as a participant, and says in the chat that it’s recording.

Nobody on the call has to take notes.

Connect a calendar once. From then on, the meetings you choose get a notetaker, and the notes arrive when the call ends.

  1. 1Before the call

    Pick the meetings

Connect Google or Microsoft calendar and choose which meetings get a notetaker. Or paste a meeting link, or upload a recording you already have.

  2. 2When it starts

    The notetaker joins, visibly

It enters Google Meet or Microsoft Teams as a participant, under a name you choose, and posts a note in the chat that the meeting is being recorded.

  3. 3During

    It records the call

Audio and video are captured for the whole meeting. Calendar attendees are used to put names to voices.

  4. 4Minutes after

    The record is ready

Transcript, summary, action items, decisions and risks are on the meeting page, and posted to Slack or Notion if you’ve turned that on.

A record, not just a recording.

Spreix reads the whole conversation and writes down what a careful note-taker would, keeping the quote and timestamp each item came from so anyone can check it.

  • Decisions

What the group actually agreed, separated from what was only discussed, with the moment it was said.

  • Action items

Each one with an owner, a priority, a due date when one was said, and the sentence it came from.

  • Risks and blockers

Flagged with how serious they sound and the evidence quote, so a concern raised in passing doesn’t get lost.

  • Meeting minutes

A short executive summary, the key points, and a table of actions with owners, written the way minutes should read.

  • Speakers, by name

Names come from the calendar invite. Rename anyone once and the change sticks. See how long each person spoke.

  • Your vocabulary

Add product names, customers and jargon for your workspace so they’re spelled right in every transcript.

  • Edits that carry through

Fix a line in the transcript and the corrected text is what agents and exports use from then on.

Ask what was said, months later.

Everything you record adds to what you can look up. Answers point back to the exact moment, so you can check every answer against what was said.

  • Search everything

One search box, on every page, covers meeting titles, transcripts, projects and documents.

  • Answers with citations

Ask a question about one meeting or a whole project. Every statement in an answer links to the speaker, the timestamp and the words they used, or to the passage in a document, and anything Spreix cannot back with a source is marked unverified.

  • Projects that remember

Group meetings into a project and Spreix keeps a wiki and a map of the people, decisions and topics in it, updated as you meet.

  • Contradictions flagged

A later meeting that says something different from an earlier one sends the project owner a notification showing both statements.

  • A brief before the next call

Ahead of a scheduled meeting, get a reminder with your open action items and where your last meeting left off.

Question: When are we launching the new pricing in India?

Not yet scheduled. The pricing page relaunch was set for the 14th 1, but India is waiting on payments to confirm rupee invoicing 2.

1Pricing page relaunch, 2 Oct, Priya Raman at 04:12we ship the new pricing page on the 14th, not the 7th.
2Payments sync, 16 Sep, Sara Lindqvist at 11:38we can’t open India until rupee invoicing is confirmed.

Question: Who owns the annual-plan copy?

Daniel Okafor. He took it on 2 Oct and said Sara would have it by Thursday 1. It was first raised as a gap in the July pricing review 2.

1Pricing page relaunch, 2 Oct, Daniel Okafor at 04:31I’ll get the annual-plan copy to Sara by Thursday.
2Pricing review, 22 Jul, Priya Raman at 18:05we still don’t have copy for the annual plan.

Question: What did we decide about the free plan?

Keep it, capped at three meetings a month 1. That reversed the June plan to drop it, so the project owner was shown both statements 2.

1Pricing review, 22 Jul, Daniel Okafor at 09:47let’s keep a free plan, but cap it at three meetings a month.
2Planning offsite, 11 Jun, Priya Raman at 31:20my instinct is we drop the free plan entirely.

Hand the follow‑up to an agent.

Forty ready-made agents turn a meeting into the document that usually comes after it. Run one from any meeting, or queue it to run by itself once the analysis is done; admins choose whether queued agents run.

Hi both, a short recap of today’s call.

We ship the new pricing page on the 14th, which gives legal a review week. Daniel will send the annual-plan copy to Sara by Thursday.

Still open: rupee invoicing isn’t confirmed, and India can’t launch without it.

Nothing is sent until you approve.

Earlier today: Priya Raman approved the task “Send the annual-plan copy to Sara”, and it was created in Linear.

The notes go where the work happens.

The people on your invite get the recap by email, and it posts where your team already reads. Tasks and agent-drafted emails wait for a person to approve them. Your data comes with you in standard formats.

Sharing

  • Share linksExpire after 1 to 365 days, or never; revoke any time.
  • ClipsShare one moment instead of the whole meeting.

Email

  • People on the inviteWhen a meeting from your calendar has been analysed, the people on the invite each get their own copy of the recap by email, sent as “Your name via Spreix” from Spreix’s address. Replies come back to you. Invitees who declined and didn’t join, rooms, groups, no-reply addresses and the notetaker itself are left out, and so is anyone past the first 100.
  • Once per person, once per meetingIf several people who use Spreix recorded the same meeting, each outside guest still gets one recap, not one from each. A meeting analysed more than three days after it ended goes to you alone, and re-analysing a meeting never emails its guests again.
  • Their choice, and yoursEvery recap sent to someone else carries a one-click unsubscribe that stops Spreix recaps to that address, whoever hosts the meeting, and can be undone from the same link. Your own copy follows your notification settings and has none. You can switch the others off for your own meetings, and admins can limit recaps to colleagues or to the host.
  • Pasted linksA meeting you start from a pasted link goes to you alone. You can then send it on to people who were on the meeting or are in your workspace, up to 30 an hour.

Build on your meeting record

  • Bring meetings into your AI tools

The Spreix MCP server lets Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients search your meetings, read transcripts, pull action items and schedule a notetaker, using an API key you control.

  • REST API

List meetings, read transcripts and action items, search across them, and send a notetaker to a call, with an API key that acts with your role and can be revoked at any time.

  • Signed webhooks

Get notified when a meeting is analysed. Every delivery is HMAC-signed and retried for about a day if your endpoint is down; each retry is signed fresh, and the delivery log shows every attempt and lets you resend.

Meetings hold the conversations people are most careful with. Here is how Spreix handles access, sharing and your data.

  • The notetaker joins visibly.

It enters the call as a participant under a name you choose and posts a recording notice in the meeting chat.

  • Meetings stay private to their owner.

Nothing is public until someone creates a share link, and links can expire or be revoked. Admins see aggregate analytics, not colleagues’ meetings.

  • Admins hold the switches.

Roles, how long recordings are kept, which capabilities are on, and an audit log of changes they can read in Settings.

  • Your data leaves with you.

Export everything Spreix holds about you as one file, with time-limited download links for your recordings, or delete your account, stored recordings included.

Sign-in
Sign-in runs on Clerk. Accounts are managed by Clerk, the sign-in provider. Spreix does not store passwords.
Recording
The notetaker joins visibly. It enters the call as a participant under a name you choose and posts a recording notice in the meeting chat.
Roles
Meetings stay private to their owner. Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Each person’s meetings are private to them until they create a share link; admins get aggregate analytics, not access to colleagues’ meetings. Only owners and admins can invite or remove people, change workspace switches, set retention or manage billing. Viewers cannot see the member list or edit the workspace vocabulary.
Audit trail
An audit log admins can read. Membership changes, invitations, feature switches, retention changes and sweeps, changes to who receives recap emails, API keys created and revoked, deleted recordings, recaps posted to Slack or Notion, and emails, tasks and posts sent from the outbox are written to an audit log that admins can read in Settings.
Workspace controls
Admins switch capabilities on or off. Admins decide which capabilities are on for their workspace: agents that run by themselves after a meeting, project knowledge, contradiction alerts and screen capture analysis.
Sharing
Nothing is public without a share link. Nothing is public unless someone creates a share link. Links can expire and can be revoked, and shared pages leave out the owner’s personal details.
API access
A key can do only what its creator can. Keys are rate-limited, can be set to expire, and can be revoked by their creator or an admin. A key acts with its creator’s current role: a viewer’s key can only read, and a key stops working when its creator leaves the workspace. Webhook payloads are signed so you can verify they came from Spreix.
Your data
Take it with you, or delete your account. Export everything Spreix holds about you as a single file, with time-limited download links for your recordings, or delete your account. Deletion removes your meetings, transcripts, analysis and the stored recordings themselves.
Retention
1 day to 10 years, or indefinitely. Admins set how long recordings are kept, from 1 day to 10 years, or indefinitely. A daily sweep checks recordings against the policy; every run is written to the audit log, and Settings shows what the last one did.

For a security questionnaire, procurement paperwork or an enterprise agreement, email [email protected] and a person will reply.
